Grade 7: Open Mozilla Firefox and go to any of my keyboarding links. Today you will continue to learn about Word Art, clip art, shapes, border, and picture that you site from the Internet.

Grade 8: Open your personal letter and I will pass out the rubric to use to help you. Do not print until I go through with you the rubric. Then you will print these if you are done. Write your name on the rubric and I will collect it when your paper is printed. Work on vocabulary or Scratch.

Grade 8: Open Word and write your personal letter. I will pass out the rubric to use to help you. Turn these rubrics in at the end of class. If you get done save this and you can either work on vocabulary or Scratch.

Grade 8: Open Word and I will show you how to set up your page for making a personal letter. Pass out rubric and go through directions. Will start personal letter tomorrow. Show examples of vocabulary and then if time go through what you need for Scratch.

Grade 7: Open Mozilla Firefox and go to any of my keyboarding links. Today you will do a survey on what you know about computers. You will take the keyboard test that is a pretest for the quarter. Afterwards you can go to any of my links.

Grade 8: Periods 7 and 9 - Today you will find out your learning style. Watch a video on Scratch. I will show you some examples. You will open the application Scratch and see how to do a few basic things in it.

Grade 7: Open Mozilla Firefox and go to any of my keyboarding links. Today you will share your Power Points. Open them at your seats and we will rotate so you can look at the others. If you'd like to share on the projector I will put it up for you. If we have extra time you will be able to go to any of my links or any applications on the computer.

Grade 8: Today you will do the application worksheet that you did the first week you were in class to see if you know the applications better than you did when you first in class. Make sure you have your Web Quest completed and then you will be able to go to any of my links or any applications on the computer.

Grade 7: Open Mozilla Firefox and go to any of my keyboarding links for 5 minutes. Open Word and put your heading in the header. Today you will write 3 paragraphs. Paragraph one should tell me something you like about computer class. Paragraph two should be what you didn't like about computer class. Paragraph three let me know what you'd like to learn in eighth grade computer class. When done print this to the 808 Black and White printer. If we have extra time you will be able to go to any of my links or any applications on the computer.

Grade 8: Open either your webpage in Share, Power Point, or your Scratch project you created. You will rotate so you can look at the others. (at least 4) If you'd like to share on the projector I will put it up for you. Finish Web Quest and send it to me!
